Fair Offer Price

Fair Offer Price

From the NR:

"Examine and consider a range of strategic alternatives available to Mira, with a view to maximizing shareholder value".

Shareholders, that is you and I are the owners of this company. I expect the BoD to look to our best interests here and they say that they will.

Looking at the 52wk high of 0.73c it would be correct to say we must have holders that have paid that price, have continued to hold with a view to production and have supported this company steadfastly. With this consideration i would say that 0.73c + a premium is the very lowest acceptable price. Anything lower is highly derisery and would mean some holders (those that have supported this company a lot longer than i have, when the price was higher) would crystalise a loss. I do not believe this is acceptable and should not be acceptable to the BoD

ALL shareholders need to be treated with fairness and deserve at least some profit for such a risky venture. If the offer is derisey, the BoD should drill TSB-3 to add shareholder value.

Also note that such a price is based on 8.1mmbo, so if the reserves report has a considerable uplift, i would expect an offer to match this rise.

My 10p anyway.
