Relative low volume trading suggests NR will be fairly neutral with no big moves.  However the few individuals who took 200000 shares out  at  2.20 should be investigated.  I think this may have initiated the halt.

As i said yesterday, this is the most manipulated stock on the exchange and so i believe it was shorts not insiders who sold.

Ort needs to get the NR out today
