The halt does not indicate it was intiated by the company, as is usually the case.

Instead it notes the reason--- all issues.

If no NR soon, then manipulation and insider knowledge may be why iroc halted.

Ort has not handled this well--- when you say NR before the 24th, you better deliver.  This stock could be halted for days, if problems continue with the pea---because of this new tecnology not because the economics are questionalbe. 

Patience is the order of the day here
