You have to understand that for all intents and purposes, these warrants are a highly leveraged play on the price of gold. Because the price of gold is extremely volatile , when there are pull backs as there always will be, warrants will fall proportionately to the extent of that leverage.

That is why they are useful trading vehicles but you have to be nimble. I am a gold bull and a SSL fan and am showing a healthy profit on these warrants but my finger is poised to sell at any time in the expectation that there will be opportunities to buy more at a lower price subsequently.

That is not to say that there is anything wrong with a buy and hold policy as some here advocate, it is just that for the gamblers among us there are opportunities to increase the gains.
