Facts

Facts

  1. They hold U.S. patent # 7,837,961 + Canada: CA 2711013 & CA 268469
  2. They have produced 1 ton of alumina powder within their cost estimates at a prototype facility and are working to become more efficient.
  3. The insiders have been forbidden from trading by the AMF: https://www.lautorite.qc.ca/files/pdf/bulletin/2012/vol9no7/vol9no7_6-5.pdf
  4. Their report was non-compliant. Nothing more.

They are probably just as bummed out as we are.

So Genivar(who produced the PEA) is probably redoing it as we speak with the help of newly appointed Qualified Persons(co-authors) or has already finished it.

Even if there is a Cease Trade Order, the report will eventually come out.

Either way, The patent and licensing opportunities matter more than who actually produces the alumina.
