I honestly believed this was coming as the treasury would only take us so far. I had hoped it would be at or above 40 cents though, but recent trading made that improbable.

I like bought deal financings so hats off to Ian on this one. No warrants to deal with or add future dilution. I have to admit that going with only $5 MM in new capital it looks to me at least that Ian sees this as more of a short term venture to grab the attention of a major. No surprise to see Stonecap involved.

Time will tell. Hopefully this will remove the choke hold on the share price, and not cause it to be dragged back down after completion either. GLTA
