So no it obviously doesn't include refinery, conventional assets or cash in hand. Also would think the average bitumen price for the next 5 years is going to be a little different than the last 5 which should be translated into these models they are using. Not saying bitumen is going to be 100 a barrel right away but I don't think its going to be 35-40 either. Even if the sale was just for Great divide... take a look at a company called United States Oil Sands Inc. (A junior that could theoretically make it alone with a partner) Connacher could look for (Even oil sands opportunities) else where and stay public.
