Thanks cleverrox for the words of experience and wisdom.  Perhaps there is an issue with the Rex mine's permit for the onsite wash plant. No news is good news?

 I don't wish to be negative but I am always a little nervous.  I would guess Kentucky is more cooperative with these things than most, particularly with the current economy, but things can get off track for all kinds of reasons known and unknown.
