RE: Slam Exploration drills 20.6 m These results like most of the last batch were from the Nep C zone, not the main (Nep A) deposit. Slightly lower grade in general than the A zone but nice thicknesses and an occasional higher grade interval.
Spoke to Brian last week, Trevali is stockpiling material for running at the Brunswick #12 mill. They need 8,000 tonnes per day minimum to run. Xtrata can run in batches, and obviously Trevali cannot provide that kind of tonnage daily, so it stockpiles for batch processing when the mill is available from Xtrata. There is no reason Slam can't do this as well.
Spoke to Sara last week as well, they think the Nep A zone will come in at about 3m mt and the C zone at about a half mil mt.
For those (or the one) spewing the nonsense about retread properties, etc., remember that Stratmat was discovered in 1961, Halfmile in 1955. They're going into production now in earnest. Nep A? 1956. These and other deposits in NB are smaller, but there is only on B #12. The world changes.
