This is a perfect example of why you should never put in a stop loss without a limit. Without limits, you order becomes a simple at market order once the stop is activated. I watched this cascade and didn't see executed volumes that would indicate anything other than a bunch of no limit stop losses being triggered. A lot of retail investors learned a hard lesson today methinks.
