Hi Micanushi the over .60 was derived from technical analysis of the charts looking at the top end of a major resistence/suppor level. Also taking into account the steady assention as of last Aug. 9th of 23 cents to a recent high of 42 cents having occured twice gives an up & over probability to weigh strongly to occur in line with the up coming events.
