ErinG, I really dont see the need in you antagonising any poster that has any info related to the project. Phase 1 has been delayed..they dont expect permits until third quarter.  I dont think things are going well for them, they had resubmit ground well tests for well P49.  I think phase 1 will be delayed alot longer than what the company says. Also a survey of city councillors found that most are opposed to the project, so I dont see how a new council is going to pass the zoning amendment.  ErinG what I dont understand is that you are constantly on this board bashing or discretely pointing out the negatives for a longtime, yet you dont own any shares, are not short this stock, but are still evaluating CUV as a potential investment - while pointing out the shortcomings of CUV (of which there are many).  I think you will be only satisfied if this project fails. What other companies do you follow and comment on regularly ?
