Its more likely the halt because INT is at the start of finalizing something big and this is to prevent information leak and IIROC halting the stock (not by company request) for abnormal trade activity. Its DL doing things the right way. As to what the NR is, we can only be patient and wait. Remember insiders bought up those 1.20 special warrants :)
