RE: RE: YESAB link

Ha ha!  So we're goin' placer minin' boys!  Fire up the D9!

Nice work finding this, Shaitan.

Looks like a huge placer project.  I don't know if it will produce a material amount of gold, but it shows that management is maybe smarter and more creative than they've been getting credit for lately.  I think we'll be seeing lots of good news this year.

PART 4 - PROJECT PURPOSE

The purpose of the project is to conduct a 5 year placer mining and exploration operation in the vicinity of Dublin Gulch. All work proposed is within approved guidelines for work in low habitat suitability watercourses which is the designation listed under the McQuesten River Watershed authorization for works (authorization #08-HPAC-PA5-00049-2).

The area for this work falls within the footprint of the proposed Eagle Gold Mine (YESAB Project number 2010-0267) and as such reclamation of the disturbance from the placer mining operations may not be required. Reclamation plans have been contemplated for this project and resources will be allocated to complete the reclamation when placer mining operations begin in the event they are required for closure.

The area for the proposed operations has been subject to placer mining activity historically using hand mining techniques and within the past few decades using mechanised equipment. Exploration work and analysis of historic data indicates that recoveries from these operations were low and some prospective areas appear to have been abandoned due to market conditions.
