Since you are clearly wiser than I, why not enlighthen us all what the difference is.

As example, are you suggesting ort's halt/issues do not relate to a failure to meet regulators guidelines.

You seem to suggest an advanced understanding, yet you previous posts contribute little to us little guys trying to understand this halt.  At least I tried to to give a new perspective instead of reading about 30 post claiming ort or iroc initiated the halt.  All these calls to offices has yielded nothing.

Lets hear it.
