Yes, exactly.  Nice to see this board getting make to trying to understand what "all issues" means.

I believe the shorts have pressured regulars into this action not because the process does not work but because its an opportunity for short-term gain.  As i said before, ort is the most maniplated stock on this exchange and iroc's claim that the halt is to insure equal acessto info is sh-t as it is clear the horses were already out of the barn.  I fear, the next NR will only inform us about what the big boys already know.
