Look, I wouldn't go to far and say anything about the manipulation yet, the investigation, hopefully, is still undergoing.

For me, I'm looking for price stability, to show that this stock is ready to make the next move up once cash flow and/or further growth stories are brought to the table. I believe that hovering between $1.80-$2.00 is fair for this stock at this time, based on a portion of assets that are already producing for Q1 reporting, and hopefully, full production to be reported for Q2.

It's easy for you guys to scream foul play when this thing is being manipulated downwards, but I don't hear anyone crying manipulation when this thing was north of $2.00, even after the dissolution of the AQN takeover bid.

My beef is how we broke $1.80 this week, and on high volume at that. Appears whoever "Other" is, are dumping WND stock, potentially rebalancing their portfolio, but why at such a critical point in time where news is just around the corner? That is what does not make sense to me. Full energization of Windstar will without a doubt bring us back up to the $1.90 range, and each quarter should add about 5 cents to the stock, and ultimately, hit us up to $2.10 range before and forward earnings mutipliers are applied.

Anyhow, here we are now, at $1.75, with a huge spread on the ask and bid. Let's hope this is just a one-off, and that this stock rebounds to trading levels more appropriate for the current state of the company.
