RE: stock manipulation It doesn't look like any of these actions are deterring anyone from doing what they're doing, if it is indeed market manipulation.
It is obvious that there's a shakeout happening. Whoever "Other" is, they're driving the price down in big 20k chunks, knocking out some stop losses, and fake walls setup by WND loyalists such as PI Financial. I imagine that retail shareholders are the ones feeling the max pain on this activity, which is quite significant considering there's hundreds of individual holders of WND, and as you mentioned, includes family and friends of the company.
This is where management needs to setup up their game a bit perhaps and sell a large block of shares to an institution that is there for the long haul, and can act as a market mover. We have absolutely no market movers on this stock, hence the low volumes, and trading activity that is monopolized by the very few number of jerk-offs.
