the warrants haven't been exercised and probably won't for a while.

langdon might have purchased flow thru shares under the pp(can't say for sure) so cash cost for him would be different than turko.

if one knew who held the private interest in 2 of the sask. wells then it might clear up the picture a bit.if they don't want to pony up any more cash to complete the wells then yur stuck.crown point isn't interested in their well;they would probably sell their interest if someone came up with some cash.

expect the meeting to get post-poned;haven't seen the requisite pre meeting paper work yet.

now that they have sold the manitoba properties guls' best bet is to keep their listing up and look for a private co. in sask that wants to go public.as long as the flow thru funds were spent where they were supposed to(appears likely they were) then shouldn't be to hard to remain a shell-just disclose it.

there would be more interest in the company if that was the goal instead of 3 charlie brown christmas trees out in a field somewhere.
