RE: YLO and Stockhouse observations

las5513 - so your conclusion is that the best strategy for improving the situation for Yellow Media is for folks on this board to remain silent and hope for the best. I can't say that your wrong but I think a healthy discussion among the stockhouse board members is probably useful as some of the opinions expressed here may be held by many others as well and... I'd be very surrpised if Yellow did not have someone monitoring this board and many other sources of public sentiment. I, for one, think it would be useful for the Yellow Board of Directors to hear opinions expressed here.

As I understand it Tellier's appontment is at the pleasure of the Board of Directors. I believe it is the BOD's responsibility to represent the interest of the stockholders and I am not sure that interest is being served as long as Tellier continues as CEO. There is going to be a need for very compelling reasons to gain my support for the current regime when the proxy circular comes out for the AGM.

Obviously we have very different opinions on these particular matters 1) staying silent & 2) expressing opinions on Tellier. I am fine with your making your opinions known. I hope you are fine my doing the same.
