Interesting article but they missed the most common stategy i see on the venture.

11.  A block of 200,000 shares are put for sale at 2.22 with shares trading 5000 shares at 2.18.  This brings out the sellers as there is little prospect of upward movement.  Shares drop to 2.10 and accumulation by the manipulator begins.  The wall diappears and often the stock pops back above 2.22.
