I am not going to pretend ...I have read the report fully and some I understand some I don't.

I have read it few times and on page # 1 they say "our target price for the shares is
.35-
.40"

so how can the target price=NPV

 

On page 9 DCF Valuation Summarry they show NVP at $37,071,056 .

Can someone please help me to understand where did that number come from ??
