If they declare a HRG dividend, and use that to fund their Nord divdend, there's no legal issues with that. But if they take loans from HRG and use that to pay dividend, then there's probably some legal issues with that.

On another note, when was the last time the faqs released any info about Bissa? None of the info on Bissa, which is going to be HRG's largest producing mine, has ever been release for HRG, none that I can think of. All the info on Bissa, I had to find it from Nord.

Bissa reserves 1.653Moz PP, 
resources:2.866Moz MI+I,

Construction started 2011, earth cement in progress, mining equip arriving, mill deliver in summer 2012

2012 prod = 100koz, 2014 = 160koz  (capex 61M 2011, 174M 2012, 15M 2013)

How is it that HRG owns Bissa, but we hear nothing about all this. This will take HRG to around 4-500koz production I think.

More fodder for a lawsuit later on if needed.
