It all depends what type of financing deal gets done ... Not all financing dilutes the shares .... for example, an offtake agreement for $135 mil with a tool company who needs our tungsten to supply their worlwide business is very possible .... a joint venture with a Chineese partner is also very possible ... many possibilities here and i beleive that Brian is working the best possible deal for the shareholders ...

if i did not have fait in our management, i would not be in this stock ...
