RE: RE: bmo

RE: RE: bmo

is it possible that some of this can be a dilutive reflection of the last pp (april 07, 2011) where 15,000,000 shares were offered at .10 per unit with an additional half  purchase warrant attached? i'm hoping that this is the case because we still have to burn through those---if not then we are likely to see further cooling down the road. in any case, management needs to keep doing what it is (building a strong and reputable team) and avoid offering up these equity financing thereby staying true to looking towards debt financing with possible debenture conversion instead. at this point, i'm not thrilled that the equity is trading less than .25 but whatever, people have to do what is right for them and quite honestly, i was never in this for the short term. my projection for this equity by year's end isn't more than a buck (my range from what i am seeing and hoping will be no less than .50--$1.00) although i'm hoping i'm wrong.  glta
