U.S. Silver holds considerable exploration upside and the potential to find significant new deposits is excellent. The Company’s large dominant land package of 14,000 acres is largely under-explored with modern exploration technology and is easily accessible. Numerous surface targets have been identified and a 12,000 foot drilling program is underway on CDA Gap and Argentine Vein. Drill targets were identified by surface and underground showings and a strong correlation between surface tetrahedrite showings and deeper silver vein systems exist.
In addition to surface drilling, U.S. Silver is conducting an aggressive underground drilling program. This exploration program is expected to cost effectively add reserves at modest expenditure levels. Since 2006, the Company has increased proven and probable reserves by 115%, even after replacing production.
