I agree with most of you, I also believe that Portugal has to have oil but, no one seems to care about so little money Porto has. Could it become a problem for futur drilling operations or also, could Porto be bought way too cheap if things start to drag or if the next 2 wells end up being dry. Anyone has experience with this type of scenario ?
