The T.GUY report demonstrates the huge advantage Mahdia holds with the infrastructure from the previous owners in hand. The estimation of 100 mill for the existing works may or may not be totally accurate however, there is no denying the significant head start this provides.

Clearly, the subject costs had a impact on the feasibility of their project. Thankfully no such cloud hangs over MGD. Now to just show the gold and get this party under way.
