Re: Baseless comments

Re: Baseless comments

Baja is firing blanks when it call the comments baseless. The high degree of conflicted people involved as well as questions about their core competency to hold their positions tells me that this company seems to be run as a family cashbox. The board needs enough independent directors to hold the balance of power. Any contracts for family members need to be terminated without a payout because they were gifted the job due to associations. Corporate governance and the operation of the committees neeeds to be examined. I doubt they could have approved any family contracts - they lacked the independent directors.

TSX needs to snoop this company.
