The last line states

"Hochschild has set a $90 million exploration budget for 2012, an increase of 29% and the largest ever for the company."

This leads me to believe the poster bringing up the last line would think that $90 million would be used for a buyout.

Assuming they don't do any exploration on existing properties and given orko has about 142 million shares outstanding ... if they were to use all $90 million to buy Orko, that would equate to $90/142 ~
.63/share. Just saying it would tak a heck of a lot more to buy us out, so the $90 million isn't much of a tell at all.
