with the finds by KGI on their QMI JV it is possible that QMI may never have to go to the well and issue more shares beyond 83,000,000 to finance their own mine given the cash flow the JV will generate for QMI.

This is one of the best pieces of news in months as the price of gold finalizing its consolidation along with miners and QMI having paused and fallen.  The next POG level above $2,000 should easily bring $8 to $10 and or possibly a buy out by AEM or others.

If AEM is scooped on QMI the $42 price ramp target may get hit.  Who other than KGI have an interest in QMI?
