wreckles you are wrong on this count. I also saw what pan shared with the board yesterday. Pan has not misled the board. I challenged him on a few occasions (regarding the float) and months afterwards I discovered he was correct and I was wrong. It is only now that I am admitting that I made an error.

Let's see if the transaction is amended.
