RE: Share price decline Share price reacts to company news. Many short term players in penny stocks are in and out with small positions. A 20% decline generally means little. This is normal market fluctuation. Stock price will decline in no new cycles. That being said, look for a few new releases in the next while causing stock to rebound, maybe even to approach .60 level. JMHO
