i have followed lots of buyouts/ takeovers etc and the common thing is the premium,under 50% of the last 30 trading days avg . so dream all you want but over 80 cents is not very likely without a major event, megahol 500g/m or better would only be a start. too many people burned,to many daytraders, as you recall 2011 was a disaster  early just because of warrents  for shares.  good luck though as you have been wrong at every turn so far with the sp and the buying ops and if casey is right the best buying op is around the corner.
