I can tell you who is selling. Its investors who realize that this turmoil is bad for the company as it destroys employee morale, costs money, splits loyalties and diverts the energy of management who are striving to make this company a class A metals producer.

There are also sellers who have invested earlier in companies ruined through endless legal battles and others whose investments have been destroyed when less scrupulous outsiders have gained control of the company without knowing a thing about the technical aspect of the business.
