Insider Selling When SLI was trading over 2 dollars per share, Lori sold a million shares or so (I don't recall exactly how many), and everyone felt a little agitated, but then low-and-behold she participated in a financing at 1.80 and bought back every share. This was regarded as a great move because she cashed up the company and showed great confidence in the future showings at Tesoro. History appears to be repeating itself. I am of course speculating, but I suspect she is selling in order to participate in a future financing at a much lower price. What's that like to know you can sell your shares today and buy them back at a much cheaper price tomorrow? I bet a lot of longs here would appreciate such an opportunity.
