SHP was formed by a RTO of Allied Northern Capital Corporation so if you're suggesting the RTO will be by SHP then I think you're off the mark. SHP can graduate to the TSX without having to first go through the TSX-V.

 

I also doubt that this has to do with an RTO involving any other company since that wound't be discussed until current business was concluded. I stand by my theory. It'll be interesting to see how that wrap it up for consumption.
