As much as I would like to be excited about this I do not even want a two for one share swap if it comes with a lower valuation of HRG.  I want more value for my shares.

Nord could use a two for one share swap to consolidate HRG then start promoting properly.  Banking on the fact that many HRG shareholders will sell before or shortly after the swap.

I still think that this is all a way for Mordy to take the whole thing private or sell Nord as a whole to someone and then he gets the majority of the payoff.  Early on the rumor was always a flip to some Chinese company.

Frusrated but holding on till the end
