I would like to respond to a post regarding a class action litigation against this poor excuse of a company.  Although I would love to get my money back you can't get blood from a stone.  If they are going bankrupt.  But I do believe that criminal charges should be laid against this company for fraudulently withholding information regarding their financial circumstances.  All of their news releases were misleading.

One more thing I would like to know if any  investors on this board were involved in the buyback of shares from a company listed on the Toronto exchange by the symbol LUX it was approximately 2009 or thereabouts they delisted from the stock exchange, buying back all their shares with a promissory note DUE February 26, 2012.  When this money was not deposited in my account I contacted them to find out where my funds were.  RBC contacted the company who is situated in Toronto and they informed RBC that they were not paying end of story.  Anyone involved in this transaction should be made aware that this could be a class-action litigation.

Good luck to all
