Material Facts

Material Facts

I'm rather new to investing and all this but to my understanding if there is a material change isn't the company supposed to have a press release and report that immediately?  Such as change in production to list one thing.  There has never been any release of what caused the delays.  I don't think, or maybe it did happen, that the day this report was due that they suddenly knew production was going to decrease.  I expect we'll get much same release next time as well that production levels will not be met again due to unforeseen circumstances.  How do we go from 3 million Dec 29 to  2.5 million Dec 30 to 1.7 Feb 28.  Opportunities for management to show they actually care about shareholders to help prop share price were overlooked such as a release when the continuous miners were made active.  This might have reduced last week's dropoff.  The latest press release is already setting them up for excuses in missing future targets.  Bottom line, I believe most investors were anticipating AT LEAST ONE CONTRACT. I sold off this morning, took a bit of a hit but can get back in at a better position now actually but am planning on waiting until it's at sub 1.70
