The mandate for their next AGM includes voting on the deal that is in front of them now. If the shareholders decide to reject the deal then they can look at another partner but not before.
You might suggest that the news will be that the AGM agenda will be revised so the vote includes partnering with another company rather than the deal with SPE. It takes a lot of time to put together a deal like that. You don't schedule an AGM to vote on one deal and then a week later suggest another option came up out of the blue. Not gunna happen! Again... we wait... and wait... and wait. Based on the other halts that the exchange has continued pending receipt of documents I'd say an anouncement that NWN will "Remain Halted" will come by friday or Monday at the latest or the reason for the halt will be revealed.
