RE: RE: RE: Back-tracking
RE: RE: RE: Back-tracking Ok so i read through the MD&A statement put out on the 28th of February. I found some interesting statements. " The Corporation's Quebec property is at the stage where magnetite, apatite and titanium production will be commenced as soon as a firm purchase order is received. The Corporation is currently conducting third party tests on grinding equipment design and mineral separation." Very interesting but your right in saying that a solid signed contract has not yet been made. I am currently focused on the Magnetite projuect because i believe it will bring in some $$ so the company can continue its work on the New Mexico and BC gold properties. Here is the quote that you used in your post. "For 2012, the Corporation plans to continue to focus its efforts on its Quebec and Burmis Magnetite properties. The Alberta permitting process has been slow and expensive, but it appears to be nearing the end. In Quebec several potential customers have expressed interest in the magnetite, but none have yet placed a firm order large enough to justify going into production. The Corporation is currently conducting a work program on the Quebec property to expand and define the resource. Progress has been made towards getting these deposits into production, and the Corporation anticipates receiving production revenue during the 2012 calendar year." I think the key here is to understand that only once they can guarentee a source of production will anyone sign a definitive agreement for delivery. The company is close but until they have the proof of quality production knowone is going to sign anything. They results should be back from the test grinder in Europe. This should be interesting to see how it turns out. I will continue to wait for those results myself. I was recently contacted buy EMD Finacial. They are doing an issue at 0.20 flow through and 15 cent hard cash. Once that money is in the till the company can move forward on the Quebec property. It looks good to me and i feel the company has a bright future. Lets see if they can pull it off.
