RE: Dilution vs price/earning I tend to agree that's the risk of bankruptcy is the central issue. I am treading fairly nimbly and no longer have as much in this stock because of the bankruptcy/insolvency risk. Regarding the series A price, maybe it is down so low (effectively assumes a 5.4 cent price on the commons, post conversion) just because it's harder to get out of the A's if there is a mad rush for the exits....
