RE: RE: News : Default Pursuant to National Policy

Hillarious now that the OSC finally is getting some balls here with these people.

To me this is fantically great news, as it will demonstrate that should Nord / Severstal / Mordy attempt to provide a transaction on HRG for HRG's value at only HALF of Nord, (when HRG should be viewed as what is it worth WITHOUT Nord being in the picture,) you can see what this means.  The OSC has woken up!

It means that WE HRG SHAREHOLDERS now have proof that even the OSC admits that Nord purposely did this - (no doubt other things too) and THIS FACT now admitted by the OSC will help us when and if we sue Nord.

They have ticked off Sprott and Sprott is using their influence.

You see, this proves Nord was purposely doing things like pretending the mine was running out,, and then they're STILL MINING!!!  And, they held back getting new 43-101's ON PURPOSE.

So in the end, here is the fact which we NOW SEE NORD HAS SCREWED THEMSELVES.

HRG must now be transitioned in to Nord (if that's what they offer) not on a percentage of Nord's value, but on HRG's own stand-alone value.  Period.  Why?  Because that is fair to minorities.  Go back and research what Ford tried to do to Ford of Canada shareholders.  The same will happen here.

Long and stronger.
