Caliche the only reason that I can come up with about the lack of a press release is that the buyer or buyers that they are supposedly negotiating with have prevented them from doing so.  A kind of quiet period.  I do agree that they should at least communicate with their shareholders about the status of any deal or like you said throw out some good drill holes which I am sure they have had plenty of.  They are certainly overdue for some as well as a resource update.  I wonder how much more news we would have had in the last four months if "the leak" had not occurred on Dec 7th.  Probably only what would be required by law.  I also wonder how long "the law" permits a public company to stay silent.  We will probably see something on SEDAR before we here it from management.
