Well, I can't let that last comment go without pointing out the Quebec Extension of Bounaries Act (1918?). That Act extened the boundaries well, well, well beyond the historic/tradiitional boundaries of Quebec. I have no problem whatever with that Act. Quebec was and continues to be an integral part of Canada but the idea of Quebec territory being stolen by NFLD  is news to me. Does this allegedly stolen property sit within the boundaries conferred on Quebec in 1918? I believe that it is far removed from the tradional lands of Quebec which surrounded the St. Lawrence but did not extend far beyond the river. If I'm wrong, I would appreciate an education.
