They are still geting royalties from Botaneco.

SemBioSys' shares in Botaneco were sold in the fourth quarter of 2009. Thereby, SemBioSys no longer holds any shares in Botaneco. However, a royalty from Botaneco is received in consideration for the technology rights granted by SemBioSys to Botaneco.
