RE: lawsuit question I'm pretty certain the lawsuit must (or can) be filed in the jurisdiction in which the company is domiciled. HNDI corporate offices are still in Vancouver (though there was talk of moving to the East Coast), RBYC in NYC, thus the respective venues. Since this was an international agreement, I'm surprised it did not contain an ICC clause which would have designated arbitration or at least a neutral or pre-agreed court site in case of dispute. I've been involved in several international contracts and all of them contained ICC clauses.
