www.nirb.ca  This is the website for the Nunavut Impact Review Board. I'll give 10K to anybody who can find proof that AXI has begun the environmental review process for a mine at Roche Bay (not exploration approvals). AXI implies that they've begun the permitting process. This is just another management lie.

Baffinland has an open screening/review file on the NIRB site. Read it for yourself. The file was opened in 2008 and is currently still in review. This is 4 years and counting, as I wrote.
