On the one hand; a team of executives that have been in the mining industry for decades and overseen the start up and operation of many large and sucessful companies:
-Craig Nelson- founder and Chairman of Metallica Resources Inc; resided over a three-company merger between Metallica, Peak Gold, and New Gold Inc into New Gold
Peter Barnes- served as CEO for Silver Wheaton; was the CFO of Wheaton River Minerals and Goldcorp Inc.; honoured with the National Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year(r) 2010 Special Citation Award for Innovative Global Strategies, along with the Pacific region award for Mining and Metals
Robert Cross- founder, Chairman and a Director of Bankers Petroleum Ltd; Chairman and a Director of Northern Orion Resources Inc; Chairman of EAGC Ventures Corp; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yorkton Securities Inc; Partner-Investment Banking of Gordon Capital Corporation
James Arnold- Chief Operating Officer and board Member of Romarco Minerals, a junior gold mining company focused on the construction and commissioning of the Haile Mine in South Carolina; Sr. Vice President of Colorado Operations for Climax Molybdenum, a division of Freeport McMoRan, overseeing the Henderson Mine and the Climax project. Henderson Mine is the world's largest molybdenum mine and the world's lowest cost underground mine;
Mark Smith- member of the Board of Directors and a shareholder of Molycorp Minerals, LLC. Molycorp Minerals; president and Chief Executive Officer of Chevron Mining Inc; operated five mines and was engaged in a joint venture with CONSOL Energy Inc to develop the Youngs Creek Mine; Vice President for Unocal Corporation

Kenneth Collison- Chief Operating Officer of Thompson Creek Metals which included the responsibility for the operations of the Endako and Thompson Creek molybdenum mines; director of the Mining Associations of Canada and BC
And on the other hand: Telemarker - a guy who sits too close to his computer monitor who's in depth analysis amounts to "NFG".
Hmmm....what does Telemarker know about shipping ore that the Avanti team of executives doesn't I wonder.
